Sealoflex Roofing Installation
A cold-applied, fleece-reinforced liquid system with no naked flame, well suited to occupied buildings and sites where hot works aren't an option.
Sealoflex is a UK cold-applied, fleece-reinforced liquid waterproofing system, typically low-odour and solvent-conscious, and applied without any torch or hot boiler works. That makes it a practical choice on sites where fire risk from hot works is a genuine concern, schools, occupied commercial buildings, and refurbishment projects where existing felt or asphalt doesn't need to be stripped off first.
Sherford Roofing installs Sealoflex roofing systems across Plymouth and Devon, particularly well suited to balconies, walkways and roofs with complex detailing where a cold-applied, fully bonded liquid membrane is the practical choice.
Our Process
Survey the Existing Roof
We assess whether the existing covering is sound enough to overlay, or whether it needs removing first.
Prepare the Surface
The surface is cleaned and primed, ready for the liquid system.
Reinforcing Fleece
Fleece is bedded into the base coat at joints and details to add strength.
Apply Liquid Coats
Cold-applied liquid coats build up the full waterproofing thickness, cured in place with no hot works.
