We supply and fit UPVC fascia boards, soffit panels, and guttering systems in white, grey, and brown to suit your property. UPVC is the material of choice for Devon's climate: it does not rot, warp, or require painting, and is resistant to the salt-laden air that affects coastal properties in Plymouth and the Torbay area. We fit replacement systems over stripped timber to ensure correct ventilation through vented soffit panels.
We install new guttering systems in UPVC and cast-iron effect where appropriate for heritage properties. We also repair existing systems, resealing joints, refitting brackets, and rehanging lengths that have dropped and are no longer draining correctly. Yes, in principle, but in practice, gutters need to come down to replace fascias anyway, so it is usually cost-effective to replace both at the same time if the gutters are also aging. Andy will advise at the estimate stage.
Yes. Blocked gutter clearing is available as a standalone service. We will also check the condition of the gutters while we're up there and report anything of concern.
