Roof Lights Installation
Flat roof lights and lanterns installed to bring natural light into flat-roofed extensions and rooms, to current Part L and Part K standards.
A flat rooflight is a flush or low-upstand glass panel bringing light into a room below, distinct from a roof lantern (a larger, multi-panel structure often used over kitchen extensions) and from a pitched roof window fitted within a sloping roof. Roof lights tend to be simpler and more cost-effective installations since they don't need a separate structural upstand.
Sherford Roofing installs flat roof lights across Plymouth and Devon, specified to current Part L thermal U-value targets and Part K safety glazing requirements.
