Book the Inspection
We arrange access to the roof, tiles/slates, ridge, verges, chimney stacks, flashings and guttering are all checked.
On-Site Assessment
Andy inspects the roof covering and every junction directly, photographing any defects found.
Written Report
A written report is compiled with annotated photos, condition commentary, and an estimate of remaining lifespan.
Recommendations
Where remedial work is needed, it's itemised with indicative costs so you know exactly what you're dealing with.
